中文摘要 〈TOP〉 本研究目的在瞭解埔里地區居民對「酒類觀光」發展衝擊認知及發展態度。受訪者認為酒類觀光發展所帶來的經濟、社會文化及實質環境影響,正面多於負面。觀光發展態度方面,受訪者對於「規劃為酒觀光園區、增加更多觀光設施、興建更多住宿設施、保護區內景觀資源、加強管制取締攤販、限制土地開發使用、限制大型餐旅設施」均表高度支持。本研究提議未來開發地區性之酒類觀光時,應做好經濟、社會文化及實質環境影響評估,並且視本身資源特性來決定酒類觀光之規劃與發展。
Abstract 〈TOP〉 This study explored Puli residents' perceptions of the impacts of wine tourism and their attitudes regarding future wine tourism development. It was found that, based on what has occurred to now, Puli residents have positive perceptions of the economic, socio-cultural impacts and environmental impacts of wine tourism. As for future wine tourism development, they have positive attitudes toward proposed wine tourism district, more recreation & accommodation facilities, landscape preservation, better vender management but limited land and big-scale tourism development. This study suggests that to foster and maintain positive attitudes decision-makers must do economic, socio-cultural and environmental impact assessments for future wine tourism development to see that options that meet residents' expectations are considered and the best of these selected.
