看了這本書讓我更了解了肝臟的功用,讓我印象深刻的有日常生活中有一些天然的食物可以保肝,像是綠茶中的茶多酚可以幫助肝臟排毒,紅豆調節水份的功能,蚌和蛤蠣具清熱可調節身體水分的效果,也讓我認識了像是A肝會透過飲食傳染、B肝則是經由血液或是體液傳染的、C肝主要是經由輸血傳染的這三種病毒星肝炎最為常見。肝是消化器官中最大的器官,也是最大的化學工廠,大部分的身體的新陳代謝都要經過肝臟,所以肝臟真的很重要。之前有聽說過猛爆性肝炎,還沒看過這本書時我覺得聽到這個名字應該是壓力大應該是壓力大、工作累而導致的,但其實不是,猛爆性肝炎是指藥物或補品或酒精引起的猛爆性肝炎,大家都知道藥物舉有肝臟毒性,例如說常用的解熱針痛劑(普拿疼)若服用劑量過多,就有可能會引起猛爆性肝炎。在胸腔科或耳鼻喉科的類固醇藥物可能誘發B型肝炎,如果本身是B肝帶原者要是用類固醇時記得要先告知醫師,這個要除非救命用,否則不要用。人胖肝也會胖嗎? 根據統計台灣承認中,約有三分之一的人有脂肪肝,因為這些人往往攝取過多的熱量肝臟會把過多的葡萄糖儲存成肝醣,但是若肝臟得處鶉以達到飽和純放不下了,肝臟便會將這些糖分轉成脂肪酸,合成三酸甘油酯堆積在肝細胞中,就變成了脂訪肝,特別是中緩刑的身材比其他體型的人更容易形成脂肪肝,只要控制造成脂肝的原因,在一段時間脂肪肝都能改善並且恢復正常,目前並沒有藥物可以直接用在治療脂肪肝,肥胖者應該要運動減肥或改變飲食習慣,不僅要少吃油膩的食物,同時也要減少高澱粉類的食物,像是米飯、麵食、地瓜、饅頭、田時也是減少,以免熱量過多消耗不掉,變成三酸甘油酯囤積在肝臟,加重脂肪肝。吃蜆精真的能顧肝,蜆的味道非常鮮美,又能解酒保肝,顯有完美的8種胺基酸,能被人體充分利用,製造充足的蛋白質,供受損的肝細胞使用,蜆還有低膽固醇的好處,蜆還有高量的牛磺酸,有助於合成膽汁酸來幫助消化食物中的脂肪。蜆還有一種營養成分是膽鹼,也就是在課本上學到的它能在腦部合成乙醯膽鹼,以維持腦部正常的功能,例外水產品已被類含量最高,而蜆的肝醣含量又是貝類中最豐富的。,肝醣儲存在肝臟中,有助於修復肝臟細胞,也能提共身體能量來源。從營養補充,蜆精的卻提供一定的幫助,但不可當成治療藥方。很多人說喝咖啡對身體不好,但有人說喝咖啡可以保肝是真的嗎?有研究指出肝病病人若每天喝三杯咖啡跟不喝咖啡的人比,肝病惡化風險可減少53%,事實上喝咖啡對肝炎病人有幫助的相關研究已有好幾篇,但到目前為止,真正的機轉還不是很清楚,所以肝病專家們認為還不能大力鼓吹肝病病人喝咖啡保肝。咖啡因作用在交感神經,之後仍需經過肝臟、腎臟代謝出去,喝多了仍會增加肝臟的負擔,若要喝適量就好。
