[摘要] :
本研究之主要目的在了解新北市某國小高年級學生健康生活型態現況,希望藉此了解現階段健康生活型態,以作為推動學校衛生計畫的參考。
本研究對象為九十八學年度就讀於新北市某國小五年級、六年級學生為母群體,問卷包含社會人口學變項及健康生活型態兩大部分,健康生活型態包括:飲食習慣、運動與休閒情形、日常生活安全習慣、心理壓力調適和健康自我照顧等。資料以描述統計、單因子變異數分析及複迴歸分析等方法進行分析。結果顯示:
一、學生的健康生活型態中,以日常生活安全習慣得分最高,其次是健康自我照顧、心理壓力調適方面、飲食習慣,而以運動與休閒最低但都屬正向。
二、健康生活型態、飲食習慣、運動與休閒情形、日常生活安全習慣、心理壓力調適、健康自我照顧,會因社會人口學變項不同而有顯著差異。
三、性別能顯著且是最具解釋力的預測健康生活型態。
最後提出建立良好飲食習慣、培養良好休閒活動習慣、養成良好生活習慣及建立正向思考的建議,以建立學童健康生活型態,促進學童健康。

[英文摘要] :
The purpose of this study was explore the health lifetyles of senior primart school pupils in New Taipei area in order to understand lifestyles, serving to facilitate health promotion plans among schools.
Participants were fifth and sixth grade level pupils of 2009 school year stratified from primary school in New Taipei area . The research instrument consisting of two major part: demographic variables and health lifestyles . The health lifestyles include eating habits,exercise and leisure, safety habits, stress management and self-healthcare.Data were analyzed with descriptive statistic,one-way ANOVA and multiple regressions.
The main findings of the study are as follows:
1.There are positive correlations among eating habits,exercise and leisure, safety habits, self-healthcare and stress management.
2. Some items of health lifestyles demonstrate statistic significance due to demographic variables.
3. Sex difference shows among the most significant correlation with health lifestyles.
Last,Proposed the establishment of good eating habits, leisure activities, to develop good habits and develop good habits and positive thinking of school children healthy lifestyle, promote student health.
