主題:看人長處.幫人難處.記人好處
我做了什麼: 沒有人是完美的，都會有優點和缺點，缺點就包容優點可以放大，每個人都有自己擅長的東西，可以給他適當的鼓勵，幫助他不會的事，就像我有困難時他幫助我那樣。
我學到了以後: 幫助他人發揮他自己的長處大家發覺到。別人有困難時，我們應該伸出援手去幫助他。人跟人之間常常因為小事而產生摩擦，也因為這樣而忽略了對方的好，所以在有摩擦時，我們應該放下成見去跟對方溝通。
我未來還想要做: 以後如果遇到那些事我會包容他並且跟他溝通，然後他有困難時會幫助她。

我做了什麼：我常常抱怨人家為什麼成績那麼高，但這篇文章我看到了一句，再困難中提煉自己，在惡劣的環境還是能撐過去的。與其抱怨，不如多花點時間練習。還有也常抱怨老師不會教，但世界上，沒有教不會的老師，只有教不會的學生。
我學到了什麼：看完這篇，應該好好反思自己，抱怨對自己一點幫助都沒有，自己不努力，有用嗎？在困難中慢慢提煉自己，才會更好。
我未來想做什麼：我會改變自己，遇到困難勇敢去面對。不抱怨 多學習
