全球正面臨人口老化的問題，銀髮族從職場上退休後，規劃生活是一項重要的課題，生活變得時間自由卻不知該做什麼，生活頓時失去重心，如何讓銀髮族獲得身心健康的方法，就是參與運動休閒，運動除了能使銀髮族獲得健康，更能開拓人生的另一個空間，享受運動帶來的好處及幫助。本文以文獻探討方式，針對銀髮族如何從事運動、運動對銀髮族的重要性、適合銀髮族的運動以及如何安全有效參與運動之運動處方做探討。本文建議銀髮族從事運動時：1.穿著寬鬆、舒適的衣服及大小合適的運動鞋。2.運動前應先做暖身運動。3.依個人能力選擇運動型態。4.運動量的增加，要採循序漸進的方式。5.運動時要注意身體與心理的感受。6.運動健身應持續有恆心。7.運動後應立即把汗擦乾或沐浴，並更衣保暖及補充水份。8.運動環境的選擇以安全為原則，以免發生危險。安全、快樂的從事運動，可提升銀髮族生活品質及保持身心健康。
The whole world is facing the problem of aging of population, after the silver hair clan retires from job market, it is an important subject to plan life, life makes time freely but wonders what should be done, life loses balance immediately, how to let the silver hair clan obtain the physically and mentally healthy method, participate in sport recreation, except sports be able to make the silver hair clan obtain health, another space that can open up life even more, enjoy advantage and help that the movement brings. This text probes into the way with documents, to how it will be silver hair clan engaged in sport, sport importance in silver hair clan, suit sport of silver hair clan and how participate in sport prescription of sport make the discussion effectively safely. This text proposes when the silver hair clan is engaged in sports: 1. Wear loose comfortable clothes and sports shoes suitable in size. 2. Should do warm body sports first before sports. 3. Choose the sport type attitude in accordance with personal ability. 4. The increase of the amount of exercise, should adopt and follow progressive way. 5. Feeling of looking after one's health with the psychology at the time of sports. 6. Sports should have perseverance continuously while building up body. 7. Should stand after sports that wipes the sweat in the universe or shower, it is cold-proof and supplementing the moisture content to change one's clothes. 8. The choice of the movement environment soes as to avoid the danger on the principle that safe. The safe, happy one is engaged in sports, can improve the quality of the life of the silver hair clan and keep physically and mentally healthy

政府有鑑於海洋對臺灣的重要性，積極擬訂各項海洋發展政策，教育部亦於2001年公佈海洋教育政策白皮書，積極規劃培育海洋各領域人才。在政府政策有計畫推廣同時配合臺灣沿海水域法規鬆綁之後，海上各項休閒運動蓬勃發展。風浪板屬於帆船運動項目之一也是於水上運動的一種，其融合了競技與休閒二項特質，是一項需要高度平衡與技巧的運動項目。然而每項運動會因爲個人需求之不同，而有相異之學習方法，然而體能是一切運動之根基。本文擬藉由對風浪板運動方法初步探討，期能提供風浪板運動休閒參與者未來參與風浪板運動之參考。
It is an undeniable fact that the ocean plays an important role in Taiwan. Also, it is aggressively to draw up development policies of marine sports for ocean. The white book of ocean education policy was public to cultivate potential marine sports' athletes by The Ministry of Education in 2001. The leisure activities on the sea have been developed prosperously when government's policies of marine sports were popularized and, also, the laws of marine were lifted. Windsurfing is one of the sailboat activities, and marine sports. It is the combination of leisure and competition. Meanwhile, it is a sport, which needs high balance and skill. However, it is so diverse depending upon individuals and the ways they learn. Undoubtedly, endurance training is the basic training. The main point of the study is to discuss the methods to play windsurfing and, hopefully, it would be the reference for the potential players and athletes to play windsurfing.

國內運動休閒產業自1990年代起進入快速成長期，由於運動休閒產業範圍界定不僅攸關產業輔導策略、影響未來相關統計結果的正確性及運動休閒產業知識體系的建構，因此釐清運動休閒產業的相關定義與範圍有其必要性。國內目前運動休閒及運動休閒產業的定義及範圍尚未有較一致的論點，故本研究從運動、休閒及產業三個角度旨在探討運動休閒產業之定義與範圍，以供作政府擬訂產業政策、學界發展知識體系以及產業界永續發展之參考。研究結果定義為「可提供消費者參與性、觀賞性及支援性之有形運動產品及無形服務，使其運用自由時間、自主從事具一定規則及須相當體能的活動時，從參與過程中得到身心健康及各種不同休閒體驗之企業集合」。而運動休閒產業的範圍包括核心產業（觀賞性運動休閒服務業、參與性運動休閒服務業、運動賽會及運動營造業）以及週邊產業（運動用品銷售租賃、運動傳播、運動經紀、運動觀光、運動旅遊、運動彩券及其他）等。

隨著運動彩券的合法化，運動彩券不僅成為世界潮流，亦成為運動休閒產業重要的領域之一，深深影響著運動休閒產業的未來趨勢。本研究以內容分析法，並針對運動彩券發行正面的影響而言，運動彩券發行有助於活絡運動休閒產業以提升社會活力、彩券盈餘有助推展運動休閒相關活動與建構設施、合法彩券可取代現有非法的運動賭博；然而，運動彩券的發行同時也帶來了負面的影響，包含運動員比賽時的壓力增加而產生弊端、缺乏合適投注標的將不利於國內運動休閒產業發展、無法阻絕職棒簽賭之非法行為、政府之管理能力與人才不足將無法有效管理整體商業機制。儘管各國運動彩券在功能與效益上皆有顯著的成效，但我國運動彩券自2008年發展至今，仍存在些許問題及隱憂，因此，為長期且穩定的銷售運動彩券，需建立公平、公正、公信的市場，並經由訂定完善的法令規章、加強運動彩券形式與內容的多樣化、關懷弱勢族群工作權益與增加民眾對運動彩券的相關資訊，以創造政府、企業、體育運動三贏之新局。
With its legality, sport lottery not only turns into the trend of the world, but also becomes a key category of the sport and leisure industry that effects the development of the sport and leisure industry deeply. It used content analysis method. Sport lottery has some positive influences to the sport and leisure industry, such as cultivating correct concept about the industry to citizens and improving the social power by strengthening the industry; the profit of the sport lottery can promote the sport and leisure activities and be used to construct sport facilities; the legality of the sport lottery also can replace the illegal sport gambling. However, sport lottery makes some negative consequences to the sport and leisure industry at the same time. The athletes face more pressure during the events which results in abuses; it is helpless for the industry because of the lack of proper targets to bet in Taiwan; the legality of the sport lottery can not obstruct illegal baseball gambling completely; the government lacks outstanding managing talent and personnel to manage the business system effectively. Although there were many significant achievements resulting from sport lottery betting, it still has many problems since the sport lottery betted in 2008. In order to sell sport lottery permanently and stably to create a three-way win for the government, companies, and sport, it is necessary build with equity, justice, and credibility by setting laws and regulations, varying the form and content of the sport lottery, concerning about the working rights and interests of disadvantaged groups, and spreading citizens' knowledge about sport lottery.
