服務學習反思心得
這是我第一次在五結衛生所裡面當志工，當我剛進去的時候，就大概熟悉了一下環境之後就馬上開始工作，分配給我工作的是一位看似年輕貌美的護理長其實是在衛生所裡面待最久的老鳥，衛生所的護理長怕我因為第一次工作會太勞累的關係所以只給我一樣在衛生所裡面算起來是非常輕鬆的工作,就是用電腦把病人的個人資料打上去，這些資料雖然看起來是非常的多，但我還是很努力的把她分配給我的工作做完了，這些資料中幾乎全部都是年齡七、八十歲以上的老爺爺和老奶奶，雖然這些資料都是隱私，可是我還是因為好奇而忍不住偷看了一下內容，發現大部分的人上面都有寫著一些疾病，原來衛生所裡工作並不簡單，衛生所的所有人每天都是為了幫助這些人而不分日夜的打電話詢問他們身體各方面的疾病問題，甚至還會到他們的家中了解情況，有時候他們也會在衛生所裡辦一些活動，寄出了上百張的明信片，邀請那些弱勢團體一同前往歡樂，他們做的這項工作真的是非常的辛苦，看到他們這樣熱情而無私的精神讓我非常感動，如果將來我有機會希望能像他們一樣幫助更多需要幫助的人。在我工作的期間，我和裡面的叔叔阿姨們因為怕工作的太勞累所以我們會邊工作邊聊天，有說有笑，有時候他們還會出去買飲料回來給我喝，對我實在是太好了，我非常開心的把工作做完，另外在工作中我領悟到了人的生命是有限的，可是，為人民服務是無限的，我要把有限的生命，投入到無限的為人民服務中去。

Abstract 觀光旅遊產業逐漸成為帶動地區經濟發展的動力。經營開發觀光旅遊地區的關鍵成功要素包括：提供吸引力焦點、餐飲住宿款待服務、互補性休閒遊憩機會、加強性外觀造型與服務、友善的當地居民、完善的基層建設、良好的治安、便利的交通、充份的資訊以及地區之整合，在規劃上必須含蓋兼顧“在維動上，必須先對地區資源和相關組織加以了解，然彼透過業者、政府、民意機構、當地居民之間的溝通協調與整合，規劃研擬可行方案，以推動促進地區觀光休閒產業的活動。
Tourism industry has been gradually employed to empower the economic development of an area. Several critical success(CSF) factors should be covered while planning a tourism destination area (TDA). Critical success factors for TDA development include focal attractions, hospitality services of foods and lodging, supporting recreation activities, supplementary features and services, the friendly residents, access system, and integrating characteristics. As for the strategies for development, a thorough understanding about the local resources and organizations concerning tourism is needed at the very beginning. Then communication, coordination and integration among private firms, government, legislation representatives, and community should be followed to plan and activate for anything good for the TDA's development.

放暑假前學校給的其中一個暑假作業就是去當志工,還要寫600字的志工心得和志工時數。志工時數要做滿20個小時,我總共去了3天。於是我跟朋友找了在樹林的仁愛醫院,樹林仁愛醫院不大因為算是地區醫院,大概只有9層樓高。第一天的志工,醫院安排我去開刀房包外紗,看到開刀房的護士非常忙碌,不停的走來走去,一下要安撫病人,一下又要安排每個病人開刀的時間,在旁邊輕鬆包外紗的我看到她們就覺得好累。這時的我就在想,畢業後真的要走護士這個行業嗎!?思考自己有沒有喜歡這個工作,因為如果不喜歡的話會工作的很痛苦,所以還是要自己有興趣。第二天是去呼吸照顧治療的樓層,幾乎都是老人一個個躺在那插著管子,會有護士一個個去照顧,而我還是在那包外紗,分擔一些護士的工作,因為他們實在是有太多事要做了,很辛苦。第三天我去開刀房幫供應室的阿姨消毒和包裝開刀需要用到的器具,供應室的阿姨也很忙碌,開刀房忙的話阿姨也會跟著忙,因為要不停的供應醫療用品。在開刀房幫忙的時候,看到一個3歲的小女生要開刀,小女生一直哭,可能因為害怕,不停的尖叫、哭鬧,看了就覺得很可憐,不知道是因為什麼疾病需要開刀。有了這一次的志工經驗,讓我稍稍體會到醫院的運作模式和每個護士辛苦和偉大的地方,也讓我了解到生命的無常性。真的要好好的愛惜生命、把握當下,珍惜愛你的人和你所愛的人,不要等到真正失去才在後悔,等到那時就已經後悔莫及。二年級後就要開始實習,到各個地方的醫院,我相信我可以!
