一、家庭背景

我的爸爸是一位在精神養護中心照顧每位病人，爸爸的工作是以輪班制所以時常在精神養護中心過夜。

媽媽是家中的家管，每天一下課是最幸福的事情回到家中都能聞到媽媽煮好飯菜在等著我們，也打理家中的每件大大小小事。

大姐目前在羅東1988咖啡廳工作，大哥則是幫大舅舅飼養鴿子，二哥在八甲魚場擔任廚師。

雖然家中媽媽只有煮簡單的飯菜就能滿足我們的胃口，但每到有節慶像是除夕夜、家中每一位慶生日....之類的節慶，媽媽都會與

二哥一起煮出一桌滿滿都是好吃的飯菜一起過節。

二、興趣與專長

說到興趣與專長任何事情我都抱著想嘗試想學習的心情來面對所有活動，國中畢業前時常與同學騎著腳踏車到處走走逛逛，

國中畢業那年暑假我就開口向爸爸媽媽說我要到附近的碳烤店打工，所以碳烤店成了我的第一份工作，我在碳烤店待了似乎快兩年

但因個人原因所以之後就離職。離職之後因為鄰居姐姐認識麥當勞的副理哥哥，因為這個因緣所以我進入了麥當勞這個歡樂的工作場合。

進入麥當勞到現在我已經一年多有了~~

三、求學歷程

從國小到國中我成績一向不太理想雖然常常要求自己要讀書要讀書，但是看見書就不能與書培養感情，所以時常在學校被老師罰寫。

我記得免試入學填了五專還有其他高中，但是就是不知道為甚麼五專學校有吸引讓我想讀，原本撕榜的時候我最想要的是幼保科但

因為成績不太理想所以我進入了健康與休閒管理，雖然不是我最想要的科系，但是這科系卻讓我有不一樣的五專生活。

決定撕下健康與休閒管理科系我就也就下定決心要把五專念好，從一年級到三年級的現在我只被當了一個科目，雖然後懊惱但我會繼續

努力學習每一課程。

四、確定目標

這三年以來讀的科目讓我了解到本科系主要去培育學生能夠了解到運動保健、休閒管理與經營管理，

，<，讀了有關運動保健與其他科目也慢慢讓我了解到健康與休閒管理科給予我的知識。

五、未來展望

希望讀了這些專業科目能在未來的職場上能派上用場，也希望能這些知識與技能，能讓我順利找到我喜愛的工作也能穩定。

也希望這些知識與技能能讓我幫助到需要幫助的人。

茶葉浸泡3分鐘,

把茶湯放搖酒器,再放奶精粉

,在冰鎮後放入糖水

,把椰果放在可林杯裡,

將茶湯倒入可林杯

,在放上吸管後完成
