照顧一位表淺性胃炎個案之護理經驗 7970 2008-03-18 16:15:43
照顧這個個案，讓我更熟悉胃炎的相關事項，了解到胃炎有分為急性、慢性，他們的致病因子都不盡相同。一開始接這個個案的時候，就覺得阿姨是個好相處的人，問他問題他都可以延伸許多話題出來，是個很健談的阿姨，所以在收集資料的時候完全沒有困難，一切都很順利，看著個案的藥物更新，我都會去查找原因和作用，這樣讓我對個案又有更深的了解，陪著阿姨讓我學到的不僅僅是學理的知識，阿姨也會告訴我一些平常她的保健方式，像是阿姨一直在說的氣功操，讓我都想試試了呢！照顧這個個案讓我覺得很親切，因為阿姨就像朋友一樣的會分享很多事給我聽！在照顧這個個案的時候我覺得我應該要在衛教方面加強，因為阿姨的飲食習慣不是很好，但是每次講一講就會變成像是聊天，偏離主題，這點我覺得是我要改善的地方，看著阿姨出院的時候，阿姨跟我說謝謝我的照顧時，心裡是滿滿的成就感，希望阿姨能夠改調飲食習慣，不要再生病了！

The honesty's too much
And I have to close my eyes and hide
