108暑假基本護理學實習心得 14669 2021-01-10 13:02:24
實習時間已經過一半了，在實習的這段時間學習到很多學校學不到的東西包括三下才能學到的技術現在都學了，除了學到技術以外還學習到如何與病人相處與溝通，在臨床上能遇到各式各樣的人，每個人的個性都不一樣有很活潑的病人也有看起來很焦慮的病人，但是不管是怎樣的病人都很友善的跟我們相處，大部分的病人看到我們是實習生不但會讓我們照顧還會很開心的跟我們聊一些學校的事情或是實習的事情，還有更多的阿公阿嬤看到我們是實習生不但給我們機會還會鼓勵我們這時候我的心深深的感到溫暖也很感謝他們給我們的信任，因為有這份信任讓我更堅持下去，後來照顧了一個個案那個個案是一個阿嬤，每次我去量他的生命徵象或是去找他聊聊天時他都很開心一點都不會不耐煩反而希望我常常去找他，最後因為作業關係要問他一些問題他也不厭其煩的告訴我他的隱私，而後來他要出院了我很為他開心，當他要出院時告訴我說要加油我整個心都暖了，人生中第一個照顧的個案跟我說的加油特別的不一樣。組員方面只能說大家都很好的，例如：當別人需要幫忙時都會去幫忙，這是要當護理人員的一個挑戰，實習中我發現了護理這條路很難一個人去獨自完成一定是要互相幫助才會做的更好。實習到目前為止真的跟老師學習到好多好多技術還有觀察病人的技巧

讀完第一本：“十句話”,我第一次看過一本書有那麼多作家編寫，覺得自己跟以往比起來特別喜歡這一本，裡面充滿了許多作家、名人的名言佳句，我很喜歡陳幸蕙的：「諒解，或許是人間是最好的一塊橡皮擦吧？因為在生活的紙上，它往往將錯誤與失敗的遺憾,擦拭淨盡，讓一切重新來過。」這句話的意思是說：人非聖賢，只要是人，一定都會有做錯的時候，如果我們能夠諒解，那麼這塊「橡皮擦」就會將遺憾擦拭乾淨，讓一切重新開始。;席慕蓉的：「他們說生命就是週而復始。可是曇花不是，流水不是，少年在每一分秒的綻放與流動中也從來不是。」生命是週而復始。這句話其實不太對，「曇花一現」，也只是一下子而已，過了這一下子就不見了。水也是流過就沒了，也沒有辦法從頭流過。少年的綻放還有流動也不是，這段時期過了就過了。其實是說應該要好好把握機會，不然在曇花一現的機會或者是時機一下子就沒了，不是週而復始。
讀完第二本：“喧鬧日課”跟上一本不一樣，只有一個作者-雷驤，以獨特的眼光寫下小市民的生活，有淚水、有歡笑、還有淡淡的哀愁。裡頭的每一字句，都是對人生最細微的觀照，深刻細膩。寫著在鄉村生活的情景，跟在都市生活是有很大的不同的，鄉下的喧鬧，是鄰居們熱情聊天的狀況；城市的喧鬧，車輛來來往往的聲音，顯現出城市與鄉下生活方式的不同。

Tell me about yourself
My name is CHEN JIA JUNG , I’m from Taiwan and born in 2001 August, currently study in the Department Of Cosmetic Application And Management at St. Mary’s college.I’m very interested in the things about makeup,hairdressing or the process of making cosmetics. Because I think makeup can help person feel more confidence. However,I used to learned a lot cosmetology and professional skills contained makeup ,skin care tips and hairdressing
So I totally have three certificates about beauty , hairdressing and know how to apply them.
“What Are Your Strengths/Weaknesses?”
I think i’m a patient, kind and positive thinking person. Usually I can patiently get difficult jobs done and encourage myself from time to time. And I also have a strong sense of responsibility that I will do my best on works. However, i’m too shy to talk in front of people or go on the stage because that will make me nervous and anxious.
But I know I have to train myself. So I participated English reading and English interview contest a lot to try to get overcome it.
“Why do you choose to intern in Singapore?”
Going abroad for work or studying has always been what I want to do.
Because I wanna challenging myself to live in the foreigner country and making more friends from all over the world and see how big the world is.
Hopefully that I still have this special opportunity after I graduate from college.
“Do you have any works experienced in industry?”
Actually, I don't have work experience, but I have volunteer experienced. I have been to Shui Li Fang Troupe for helping disadvantaged groups push wheelchairs into the troupe to see performance and arranging the stage and props. I also been to National Games hosted by the Yilan County Government
for helping performer doing makeup and dressing.
Not only these, I have been to Shaoguan
Social Support Association recently to help with sorting data out.
“What Are Your Goals in the Next Five Years?”
I wanna learn more technique to enhance my professional skills and learn English well at the same time. Hope to work overseas in the future, I think that will be a great experience.
“What Challenge Have You Faced and How Did You Overcome It?”
In the past, I literally hated hairdressing at school because that was so difficult to make. But I still keep practicing until I got the certificate. Now I don’t hate it anymore because I feel a strong sense of accomplishment when I finish it.
“How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?”
I think i’m working better under the stressful situations because I really enjoy the challenging environment. Mostly when I feel stress out, I like hanging out, watching horror movies, eating some dessert with my friends or reading novels in my spare time, getting close to natural to do some exercise.
Those are great way to release stress.
“List five words that describe your character. Why?”
The five words that describe me are positive, sensitive,friendly,responsible,creative.
Honestly, I am a highly sensitive person because of easily overthinking. So my mom always says ”Stay positive, don’t let yourself fall into depression.” I keep this passage and remind myself all the time. Although I’m a relatively sensitive person, I often create different new ideals and loves to learn some new things. Additionally, I am a person who is very high-demanding and very responsible, I’ll ask myself to do my best on my works, sometimes that stress me but I know these pressure will make me grow.
“How would you handle it when your boss was wrong?”
Maybe I will carefully remind him or her and shyly suggest my point of view about the pros and cons.
