作者姓名:蘇韋如、蔡篤堅、葉恩典、賴允亮 西元出版年:2010年12 文章標題:台灣癌症疲累之因素探討 期刊名稱III:臺灣癌症醫學雜誌 卷(期):26:6 起訖頁數:231-239 【自訂一主題】:癌症 【本書閱讀後心得感想(至少500字)】:癌症及其治療所引起的疲累症狀是最普遍且是一種壓倒性、持續消耗性、甚至無法 靠歇息解除而造成病人身心的疲乏。篇文章研究使用 Dr. David Cella 所引用國際疾病分類群建立之癌症疲累診斷問卷,經由前向翻譯、專家效度、預試等程序轉譯成中文,,並經過信效度測試良好後,於北部ㄧ醫學中心與地區教學醫院進行一年的收案。結果共收 256 份 問卷,高達 86%病人近兩週感到明顯疲累且需增加休息,49.81%符合癌症疲累診斷,其 中有較高比例者(58.33%)接受緩和治療,且接受治癒性治療與緩和治療者,在是否符合癌症疲累的診斷上達顯著差異(p<0.05) 。相較於治療方式或疾病進展影響疲累症狀,在乳癌病人中,符合疲累診斷的卻有較高比例為已經完成治療或無疾病徵兆的。不同醫院亦顯示不同病人族群,完成治療後追蹤與末期階段的病人, 皆來自醫學中心(p<0.001)。透過本研究初探,癌症疲累是一受多層面影響、各個階段皆會出現的症狀, 不同的疾病部位所產生的疲累情形亦不同。因此在評估癌症病人疲累症狀時,應全面納入各種因素, 且不同層級醫院更應針對不同病人族群及疾病階段做及早的預防與介入,使病人自始至終皆有良好的生活品質。 1.
