內容摘要：At present, the agriculture of Taiwan confronts many difficulties when it comes to its management. In spite of her rich agricultural resources, she does not see them fully employed. Therefore, to properly plan the development of utilizing abundant rural recreational resources to go with the development of local industry by building anew or improving existing vacated villagers' houses which keep traditional or display unique characteristics so as to provide sanitary and comfortable ”Tourist Homes” should be able not only to satisfy demands of national tourism but solve part of agricultural hardship as well, for it should be one of the good policies to promote the development of rural economy.Today, the management of tourist homes is still at its initial stage. Its success or failure lies so much in the programming, designing, administration, management, advertisement and presentation. Only the cooperation and promotion of every institute in accord as well as the inhabitants' zealous participation will bring success.
